I had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. Chis, the safety inspector did a thorough inspection of my home. From there I chose to do some long overdue work. He was professional, knowledgeable and informative and worked with his home office to help get me the best price. I greatly appreciate his efforts. Rob, the electrician, was extremely skilled and professional. He did an outstanding job replacing my electrical panel and all the switches and outlets in my home as well an installing the necessary smoke detectors to bring my house up to code. Mike arrived on time. He was very courteous very considerate also very articulate taking time to explain every aspect of the potential job. He asked if he could examine other portions of the electrical works in our home where he found some possible concerning issues, which he pointed out and explained in as much detail as needed. He was happy to answer all questions we had and as much detail as we requested. To that point, he did not treat us like we were unintelligent in any way shape or form. We found him to be very polite and friendly and he has a very pleasant personality and pleasant sense of humor. He would be welcome in our home to perform the work or supervise the work or even as a guest!
Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.
