Electrical Panel Upgrade & Repair in Scottsdale

I am so glad I called Mister Sparky!! This company is a class act and from the minute I met our Electrician Chris K I was put at ease that I made the right call. I knew there were electrical issues with our condo and it was confirmed after Chris performed a very through safety inspection. Super impressed how complex the inspection was and the report was comprehensive. Chris explained all the issues in detail and also gave made sure I understood the services they provide so I could make an informed decision. I will be a customer for life!!

We have used Mr. Sparky previously and had a good experience. This time was no different. We needed a quote for a project we are working on. We scheduled online which was very simple. We were contacted via text in advance that the electrician was on his way. Isaiah was great! We explained what we wanted to accomplish. He listened, offered a couple of options and gave us a price quote. It was a great experience overall.

Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.

Bryan has had a long day. He left my home minutes ago. I share my praises for him and the two others that met him here later in the day. They all worked hard. Bryan was the lead, completed the bulk of the work, provided the supplies and together, completed the necessary tasks. (Indoors and out). Bryan is very skilled and I am glad I got to meet him. Smoke alarms were installed and one of them is still chirping. This is annoying -yet I understand about syncing them together which takes time & patience. I look forward to the next phase of this project; new panel, breakers and electric vehicle charging capability. Thanks for today. PS: The chirping was remedied later by replacing the smoke detector. All is well. Great service with attention to detail. 👌🏼
