Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.

Eli was very patient and very thorough. Was a pleasure working with him. He showed us everything that was wrong, instead of just telling us. Excited to see how well the workers do now on fixing everything. Robert came over the next day to replace our Breakers. Breaker box and all wiring. He was friendly, very thorough and worked really hard in 114 degree heat. Everything looks great and we are very thankful. Will recommend this company to everyone we know.

This company was awesome ... so far. Leif spent time with us to explain everything. This was before I ever committed to buying anything. My home was a mess and they will make it safe. I do know a bit about home electrical and wanted to see if they were just a little bit untruthful because that's when I pull the plug. In my case Leif was right on with everything he said. I really appreciate the service and will recommend these guys again.

On the same day we called Mr.. Sparky, we asked Mr. Sparky to upgrade our issue to an emergency (emergency deposit). They gave us electrician Alberto who came much earlier than expected, and checked our breaker box, wasn't intimidated by our 70's era wiring and reassured us that there was no immediate danger. We asked Alberto if he could come the next day to repair the issue and he said he'd come first thing tomorrow morning and get it done. He did! Came a little after 8am with all replacement parts and got the whole thing done in less than 2 hours, with a 5- year warranty included. Very happy with Mr. Sparky and Alberto's service and professionalism. Charges were high,but I got peace of mind from licensed technical expertise,immediate service, and a warranty. And outstanding professionalism.
