What a crazy last four days. Really appreciate David M. And the Mister Sparky team for troubleshooting through city permit rules that felt unique which caused a big delay in getting our power back on. Our technician/installer David M. really went above and beyond to make sure we got our power on as soon as we possibly could. He literally had our new panel installed and sat outside of our house for hours over multiple days waiting for the inspector and then the electric company to turn the power on. He was extra knowledgeable and his explanations were great.
I had the pleasure to meet with Jerry Routon, the technician who came out to look at a light issue in our kitchen. Jerry was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough and Mister Sparky came in at the most reasonable price for the repairs I needed. Jerry also found several other issues that I was not aware of that I will be using their service for. All in all, based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Mister Sparky, they have reasonable pricing, offer financing and are very knowledgeable and provide fast service. 5 stars for these guys!!!
