We called at 6am. Mic was great! She let us know the cost and time difference between an emergency call and a non-emergency call. She was light hearted and funny during an incredibly stressful situation. Preston and Jake were here by 8:30. Jake (from State Farm) is amazing! He explained everything perfect! I highly recommend these guys! I need to add on here that their service tech Brendan is awesome! We ran into some issues with wiring a smoke detector, like a champ he let me know what was up and after a little frustration, which he was amazing dealing with me, he figured it out. Then there was another issue figuring out how to wire in a camera over my front door. Brendan did some thinking and he was able to figure it out without having to cut into the sheetrock.
