"Steven was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient when my mom lost power. Even though the issue had more to do with faulty equipment from the power company, he turned the breakers off to protect her appliances. He explained everything clearly and reassured my mother that he would be there as a backup if the issue was not resolved with the power company. We will definitely call Mister Sparky Electric of Pleasantville NJ for all future electrical needs."

He answered any questions I had, quoted me the work and set an appointment with me that same week. Sam and his co-worker, Jesse, showed up on time and completed our discussed work in a timely fashion. They left with no mess and a good handshake. They were respectful and pleasant to be around.
