I needed an EV outlet installed in the garage. The teams from Mr Sparky were great. Javil took his time and explained options and provided the quote. Eliser did a super clean installation the same day. And Chris stopped back the next day and installed an extra breaker and reviewed the full installation with me. Each of them were professional, explained what they were doing each step of the way, and took time to answer all of my questions, and went out of the way to tidy up and even put shoe covers on before entering my home. Javil, Eliser & Chris each deserve 5 Stars. All professional the whole time. They were on time and send notifications of when they were coming. And yes, I'll be calling Mr Sparky for the next job.

Our AC went out during the recent heat wave, and we came home on a Sunday evening to a house that was over 90 degrees inside. Needless to say, we were stressed and pretty miserable. Sean came out after 8 PM on a Sunday, and honestly, you never would have known he was at the end of a long weekend. He showed up with a great attitude, was professional from the moment he arrived, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. What impressed me most was not only his technical knowledge, but also his customer service. He clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt like I was being talked down to or rushed through the explanation. Even though I was tired, hot, and frustrated from the situation, Sean was patient, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise and customer service that well. Most importantly, he fixed the issue incredibly quickly and got our AC running again when we needed it most. If I could give Sean a 10 out of 5, I would. Five stars for his technical skill and another five stars for his professionalism and customer service. Mr. Sparky is lucky to have him on the team. Highly recommend.

Once again Steve Cordero delivered top notch service. He takes the time to explain the issue and all of the options available to me as a consumer. That trust is priceless. He fixed what we had go wrong and we also discussed options for additional work that will need to be done in future and key things for me to consider. Steven from Mr. Sparky Electrical did an outstanding job on my home. He replaced all of my electrical panels and upgraded the service coming into the house, and the entire process was professional from start to finish.
