Mister Sparky® Electrical Service Plans

Our AC went out during the recent heat wave, and we came home on a Sunday evening to a house that was over 90 degrees inside. Needless to say, we were stressed and pretty miserable. Sean came out after 8 PM on a Sunday, and honestly, you never would have known he was at the end of a long weekend. He showed up with a great attitude, was professional from the moment he arrived, and got right to work diagnosing the problem. What impressed me most was not only his technical knowledge, but also his customer service. He clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt like I was being talked down to or rushed through the explanation. Even though I was tired, hot, and frustrated from the situation, Sean was patient, understanding, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise and customer service that well. Most importantly, he fixed the issue incredibly quickly and got our AC running again when we needed it most. If I could give Sean a 10 out of 5, I would. Five stars for his technical skill and another five stars for his professionalism and customer service. Mr. Sparky is lucky to have him on the team. Highly recommend.

I cannot rave enough about the team from Mr Sparky who installed many lighting fixtures and corrected several electrical issues (ignored by the former owner) of a condo I just moved into. The team was on time, respected my condo by covering everything with drop cloths (something some contractors don't like to do!), were quick, knowledgeable, professional, explained everything to me at the end of the day, cleaned up and were overall the BEST! It was my first time calling this company, and I am so happy I did! They are not 10 stars, they are 50 stars. THANK YOU TO THAT WONDERFUL TEAM!

My appointment was only for an estimate so far but, as of now this has been a 10/10. Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and even a bunch outside of his scope of work, which I definitely appreciated. He was patient and broke down the different costs and options clearly in layman’s terms and was not pushy in any way. I will update this after they complete their work, which should be stellar if the same quality continues.

Excellent, professional electrical company! We had such a great experience with them our entire switch box needed replacement and we were able to get it done next day.
