Called Mr. Sparky late yesterday afternoon and was immediately given a morning appointment for today. I had spent a lot of time & money on outdoor Christmas lights, and was so disappointed to find that just a few days before Christmas - & following the snow - none of them worked at all. The technician, Cory, arrived right on time, and couldn’t have been nicer nor more knowledgeable in explaining the situation to someone with absolutely no knowledge of electrical (me!). In no time at all, my issue was addresses, and next steps were identified & recommended.The helpful and immediate attention was well worth the very, VERY fair service fee. Much thanks and happy holidays to the Mr. Sparky staff and Cory. I’ll definitely be calling again.
Definitely professionals in their field. I had Cory come out and do a routine inspection and he found things that I overlooked numerous times. He generated a report and was honest with me in regards to what I really needed to change and what can be left alone. Great guy, incredibly friendly and resourceful. I recommend this company 100%
Great experience using Mr. Sparky. First of all they answered their phone! Came out just a few hours after I called in. Communicated with me the entire time on when someone would be there and what time. On-Site both Steve and Eli did a fantastic job and were very thorough. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I called Mr sparky for an emergency outage the night before leaving for a weekend away. The main breaker blew and affected my furnace. Cory came out last minute at night, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to install a temporary fix and arrange a permanent fix for first thing the next day before I had to leave. He was very courteous and explained everything and I would absolutely use them again.
