Definitely professionals in their field. I had Cory come out and do a routine inspection and he found things that I overlooked numerous times. Great experience using Mr. Sparky. First of all they answered their phone! Came out just a few hours after I called in. I called Mr sparky for an emergency outage the night before leaving for a weekend away. The main breaker blew and affected my furnace. Cory came out last minute at night, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to install a temporary fix and arrange a permanent fix for first thing the next day before I had to leave. He was very courteous and explained everything and I would absolutely use them again.
