I had them crimp some ethernet cables that my homebuilder refused to do. They came out quickly were a little bit more expensive than I had thought. $250 for less than an hour of work but they came out the next day and got it done. That said, they have an absolutely infuriating AI that is not at all helpful. It created an appointment for me the next day but when the next day came nobody came and when I called back it said the appointment was no longer available without any notification to me. I would highly recommend you fight the AI system and get a person. It takes a lot of effort for it to finally get you through, but once you do then they actually help
Alex F. was ahead of schedule and took on the job needed . He had me updated on plugs broken and old 1967 original to the house 10 replaced an a circuit breaker installed . Much appreciated 🙏. ❤️🎄👍
