I have seen the TV advertisements and when I need an emergency repair they were there within the hour. Andrew, Greg and Steven were great. Explained everything and worked to get the repairs done as quickly as possible.
I had them crimp some ethernet cables that my homebuilder refused to do. They came out quickly were a little bit more expensive than I had thought. $250 for less than an hour of work but they came out the next day and got it done. That said, they have an absolutely infuriating AI that is not at all helpful. It created an appointment for me the next day but when the next day came nobody came and when I called back it said the appointment was no longer available without any notification to me. I would highly recommend you fight the AI system and get a person. It takes a lot of effort for it to finally get you through, but once you do then they actually help
