Steven is very knowledgeable and shares my concern about our old electrical panel that's been with the house forever, offers some insight what needs to be done, what's CAN be done, and options to go with. Worked out options, then we decided to go with it. Within an hour, another technician came, Gerson (the G man!) and Greg are absolutely a blast to work with and went on right on rolling in getting old panel ripped out and replaced with new panel. Along with other necessities to keep up with codes, added alarm, replace wiring that couldn't be done with old panel to certain standalone appliance in household. Do I recommend them? oh most certainly will! fast, clean, will stop to answer any concern you may have, will ask you permission to do whatever is necessary to ensure all is smooth. A pleasure to have this company in this household! Thanks folks!
Luke was incredible with his knowledge, professionalism, education of the needs for the replacement of ALL OF OUR fire alarms and surge protectors. He was patient with questions and explained warranties- I was very very impressed. He also explained how each of the electricians with the company have background checks so you can feel safe who is in your house- which is so important! I loved that he offered options and explained the differences between the Mr.Sparky products and others on the market. I have seen the TV advertisements and when I need an emergency repair they were there within the hour. Andrew, Greg and Steven were great. Explained everything and worked to get the repairs done as quickly as possible.
I had them crimp some ethernet cables that my homebuilder refused to do. They came out quickly were a little bit more expensive than I had thought. $250 for less than an hour of work but they came out the next day and got it done. That said, they have an absolutely infuriating AI that is not at all helpful. It created an appointment for me the next day but when the next day came nobody came and when I called back it said the appointment was no longer available without any notification to me. I would highly recommend you fight the AI system and get a person. It takes a lot of effort for it to finally get you through, but once you do then they actually help
