Excellent experience with Philip Jones from Mr. Sparky! Answered my questions and explains things clearly! Great personality, too. I had done some work myself and found some issues - he was not critical at all and very helpful. Not planned, but he convinced me on a surge protector and installed it immediately. His work product is very neat! I will ask for Philip on subsequent visits!!
Phillip was an excellent tech. Very informative and explained everything that needed done during consultation. When I eventually decided to have work done, he went above and beyond with James assisting. Even doing more than the expected to do. I needed to add 2 circuits to my garage and Mr. Sparky comes well recommended plus I've seen their vans in my neighborhood. They are not the cheapest but to be honest, I am not overly comfortable using the cheapest when it comes to electrical problems. They did a fantastic job and I feel that my family is safer due to the work they performed. I'm very pleased with all of their technicians that I worked with. All were well spoken, presented themselves well in uniforms with marked work vans and all worked extremely hard. I'm very pleased with our decision to use Mr. Sparky and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
