I 100% Recommend Mr. Sparky's I am a repeat Customer!! Mr. Sparky's, hands down, is the "go to company" for all your electrical needs. I used Mr. Sparky's Clearwater last year for some new ceiling fan installations for the sale of my townhouse in Clearwater. They were so awesome that when my my electrical panel in the new condo I purchased was smoldering, melting/burning I knew right away I was calling Mr. Sparky Ocala. Mr. Sparky has 100 locations all with "world class customer service!!" I can say this with confidence as I have now used both, Clearwater and Ocala Florida locations. When I called the company the beginning of January due to this electrical challenge I was experiencing, at 8:10 pm mind you, Ron, the same customer service person that had answered my call last year, answered the phone. I was so thankful to speak to Ron at that late hour of the evening, I reflected with him how thankful I was, as I remembered him from last year. Ron, again, listened to my challenges, never interupting me, let me get it all out, I was nervous because of the nature of the electrical panel smoldering and Ron made me feel at ease.He made me feel like I mattered and my issues/challenges were important. This kind of customer service is rear in these days and times we are living in. I am an ole soul and appreciate kindness, it goes along way with me. Ron got me an appoitment for 9:00 am the next day!! Praise God for this appointment! Scott came out the next morning to assess the electrical issues. My electrical breakers were melted, one was so bad there was a huge hole in it. Thank God I was home, heard the noise in the panel and shut off the circuit breaker to my washing machine and Mr. Sparky's could come out the next morning. After going over all the details for the new electrical panel, surge protection and arching and also talking about my smoke detectors, I agreed to move forward with the needed work. Scott called Dan, the electrican with the company that would perform the work. Dan picked up the needed supplies and headed over. Scott said they call Dan "Picasso" because electrical panel installation is his expertise. Let me just say, Dan lives up to this name!! His work is impeccable!! I like to learn so I ask alot of quesitons and Dan and Scott both took the time to answer every single question I had, making me feel very comfortable that Mr. Sparky's was in my home performing the extensive needed electrical repairs to my electrical panel with full surge protection/arching/grounding outlet/smoke dectors and the needed 1-Phase, 60A, 240V non-fused disconnect for equipment requiring dedicated electrical protection for my HVAC. So in short, a huge thank you to Ron, Scott Hawkesworth, Daniell DeCamp and manager Issac for taking care of me in this dire time. I can't stress enough the importance of proper electrical panel maintence. I have only owned this condo for 6 months and unfortunately the previous owner(s) did not keep this electrical panel maintained. Thank you again for exceptional service five stars!!! Florence

Today, we needed a certified electrician which I found out in GOOGLE , the good company of MISTER SPARKY COMPANY, I got all my information and they sent me a technician in less than one hour, the technician in 20 minutes telling me he was in route to my house, he arrived on time, His name is JUSTIN CARLISE. he introduced by himself very professional, and we explained what we needed and he explained me exactly what I had to do. he was taking on speaker his supervisor to give us a good price, and we decided to choose this company not only by the good reputation of the company. we did it by the JUSTIN S professionalism, I recommend everyone this company and JUSTIN as electrician. because when his job was done, we were so happy and trusted for the house safety.
