Great service. Communication was clear. Jace did great work. He and the other technicians were polite and easy to work with. Even our dog liked them! :) The office is easy to communicate with. They answered every call and ensured we got the service we needed. I recommend Mr Sparky!
Daniel Garcia was excellent. Professional in explaining the problems and solutions. Explained why newer homes have surge protectors, simply a recommendation but not necessary. He was extremely courteous to my 96 year old Mother taking required time needed for her comprehension. Highly recommend him. His helper was very courteous to us as well. I good experience. Sharon
Daniel was very professional! We had a lightning surge incident at our home. We had our circuit breaker tested and evaluated to see if we had any further damage. We will have whole home surge protection installed. We appreciate Mister Sparky and their timely manner on this evaluation.
