Robert M. Lambert is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in P&L management, business development, and operational leadership. Robert has worked in the In-Home Services Industry in Florida, Virginia and now Colorado as General Manager for One Hour Heating and Cooling, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky. Outside of work, Robert enjoys the outdoors and is an avid ice hockey player/ fan (go Avalanche and the Eagles!) and skier; he has been in a relationship for over a decade and is a co-parent/father to five children and the owner of a Giant Schnoodle (Mando). Robert’s partner grew up in Boulder, and her family currently still resides in the area north of Denver. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and is recognized for his disciplined, results-driven leadership style grounded in customer satisfaction, safety, quality workmanship, and long-term growth.

Operations Manager

Jason has more than 21 years in the business, including the past 11 years with Mister Sparky and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He's lived on both coasts, born in Santa Barbara, California and raised in Warren, Vermont. He and his wife now call Denver home. He says that the key to success is giving 100 percent, an attitude that's resulted in him being named Employee of the Year twice.

Vernon Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager in Colorado for One Hour Heating and Cooling, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver innovative heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sales solutions.

Vernon shows technical mastery as a Master Technician/Journeyman Mechanic with proven leadership in sales. With a strong focus on customer relationships and strategic sales leadership, Vernon works closely with clients and teams to ensure exceptional service and long-term value.
