Noel Mercado was an outstanding technician. I was so happy to see him when he rang our doorbell. This the 2nd time he has completed a job at our house. The 1st job, he did the re-wiring of our home as it was a safety issue that we knew nothing about. Today, he installed an inlet/outlet for our generator. When he finished the install, he also provided a detailed explanation on the process on how to use our inlet/outlet. He gave me the opportunity to write down all the steps in the process. Noel was truly very patient. He didn't mind doing this with us. He truly is an exceptional tehnician. Therefore, as a customer, I would truly recommend Mister Sparky for all of your electrical needs. And, it would be even better if you get Noel as your technician.
Not only was our electrician John knowledgeable, but he was very insightful and one hell of a hard worker. I literally couldnt be happier with his work and his professionalism of which he maintained throughout the entire day and into the early evening. 100% would recommend him and Mr.Sparky!
We had John Souza as our electrician to install new lighting in our kitchen and dining area. He arrived on time and called ahead. He did great work with our difficult chandelier and was very patient. I had a great experience with Mister Sparky today! James Lannin was our technician, and he went above and beyond. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about my electrical setup and maintenance. He quickly diagnosed and started addressing the issues I’d been having with my office fan and outlet as well as going over a future installation of a pool heater.
