Mister Sparky® Electrical Service Plans

Could not be more thankful for the help we received for our electrical issue today. Ryan was absolutely incredible and has easily helped us decide that we will be repeat customers of Mister Sparky! (With Ryan as our preferred Technician of course!) He was extremely informative, explained everything in detail and helped me understand exactly what was happening (which was a big deal as it turned out some of our breakers were arching). He was also very personable and friendly! I felt comfortable with him being in my home from square one! He did not pressure us into anything, explained all options thoroughly, and was ready to work with whatever option we chose. Fantastic service, I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family!

I have honestly never had an electrician like Kevin Samuels. He is absolutely fantastic. I had engaged Mr. Sparky company to install a home EV charger and Kevin arrived on time, which is not always to be expected in the home repairs business. As we reviewed the equipment provided by my dealer it was obviously not up to my requirements. Kevin explained everything to me in detail, allowing me to make a better choice to charge my new car. And he also thoroughly inspected the rest of the electrical infrastructure of my house. This was especially necessary as we just moved back in after 7 months of repairs from an electrical fire due to a lightning strike. He also diagnosed and repaired a garage door that was not getting power due to slipshod work by the builder. This was a new home in 2022, so why would I think they'd fail to properly connect the wires and so it vibrated until it fell out. There was not a hint of upselling here, just honest and clear recommendations that as a homeowner who's seen the grief an unprotected electrical system can cause I couldn't ignore. The price of adequately protecting the house, adding the Level 2 charger with the best performance for my desires, fixing the garage door circuit, and the overall inspection were first rate. All I can say is "Wow." What a great electrician and clearly a company that cares about its customers. Thanks!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Randy was fantastic to work with. Finding contractors who are both skilled and take pride in their work can be challenging, but Randy checked every box. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was done the right way rather than the fastest way. What stood out most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He treated my home with respect, kept the work area clean, and made sure the finished product looked as good as it functioned. The wiring was neatly concealed, the work was completed with care, and he left everything better than he found it. Mr. Sparky is fortunate to have someone like Randy representing their company. If I need electrical work in the future, Randy will be my first call. Highly recommended!

Call for support of adding a 120v socket in my garage. They sent Ben K as my technician and he was wonderful. Installation was quick and he cleaned up after him self when done. Excellent customer service with this company.
