The tech, Joseph (a black man) was very professional, knowledgeable, and a licensed electrician. I am confident in his diagnosis and will follow his guidance for accomplishing the movement of electrical outlets and wall switches. I needed a light fixture lifted in my dining room. They sent out Joe Long- he was GREAT! During the call ahead he asked questions to make sure he was clear in what was needed. He came in got right to work and the light6 looks great. He also gave me some tips about the bulbs. I would definitely recommend Joe
