There was a thunderstorm that happened and a strong bolt of lightning stuck right outside our back door, it caused our flood lights to explode shattering the glass, outlets to stop working, the Modem and Ethernet fried, even our Gas meter had a serge and the line at the meter busted, leaking gas! We contacted an electrical company who came out, the technician was very polite and seemed knowledgeable, he had no solution but he has also unwired and rewired a switch that holds three dimmers. That was Fri then on Saturday when I went to turn the lights on downstairs the switches sparked and blew out! Because of this, I chose to contact another company: Mister Sparky. Their electrician Mike came this morning, quickly identified and fixed the issue, he made a comment "when the previous, electrician had combined all the ground wires, It will cause the switch to burnout, it's a typical rookie mistake" and so he rewired the switch correctly! Cam lights worked!!! Then he turned his attention to the wall outlets... he located and snipped off the culprit; a burnt wire at the breaker box, showing the damage from the electrical surge. (Attached are two pics the rewiring of the switch, the 2nd attachment is the burnt wire) Thank you Mister Sparky for having someone who is a true dedicated, electrician! Thank you Mike for getting our outlets and triple switch working! The BIG gold star is for you Mike. Thank you!!!! 👍😁
Mr. Finlay did an Amazing job! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to rewire my celing fan to add the receiver so I can use the remote. He completed the job in a very timely manner. I'm Very Satisfied and Will be reaching out for future projects.
Cristian did an outstanding job redoing all the electrical work in our shed. He also upgraded some dated outlets. Every item was completed in a timely and professional manner. All wires or conduit were secured neatly and organized. The work area was left neat and clean.
Outstanding service at a very reasonable price! Mr. Rodney was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had it resolved in no time. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. I couldn't be happier with the experience and will absolutely call Mr. Sparky again. I'll definitely be requesting Mr. Rodney for all my future electrical needs. Highly recommend!
Henry was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. He quickly identified the issue, took the initiative to speak directly with the power company, and kept me informed every step of the way.
