Justin was amazing!! He completed the work with technical expertise and precision. He even provided suggestions for future projects. The tech, Joseph (a black man) was very professional, knowledgeable, and a licensed electrician. I am confident in his diagnosis and will follow his guidance for accomplishing the movement of electrical outlets and wall switches. Garry responded to our home on Thanksgiving Eve. What I thought was a small problem, ended up being a more in depth situation. Since we bought our home in 2022, we have had various outlets that would work intermittently. Mainly, our issues stemmed from our bathroom outlets and our exterior. During this time frame, when one outlet didn't work, we would charge our devices in a separate room and grew accustomed to this life style. We are now in the process of renting our home and do not want the tenants to have the same issues. This grew tiresome and we felt the need to have the problem rectified. When Garry arrived, he diagnosed the problem swiftly and then provided pros and cons of the situation. Ultimately, I had to have 9 outlets throughout a two story residence changed and moved to a parallel system. Garry also took the time to show me the poor craftsmanship of the outlets when he reconfigured the wiring. I am posting a few of the photos I took during the appointment. It was nice to see the before and after and how NOT to install a wall outlet. Thank you Garry for your professionalism and honesty. My family and I appreciate your dedication and the Mister Sparky business.
I needed a light fixture lifted in my dining room. They sent out Joe Long- he was GREAT! During the call ahead he asked questions to make sure he was clear in what was needed. He came in got right to work and the light6 looks great. He also gave me some tips about the bulbs. I would definitely recommend Joe
