Adam was very professional. He was able to diagnose our problem immediately. Instead of selling us a bunch of stuff that we didn’t need he resolved the issue quickly. I felt confident in what he was telling us was the issue. We had a quick resolution and fast and friendly service
I have used Mister Sparky several times and never had a tech who wasn’t excellent and thorough. Henry Stensvold met that same high standard of those before him. He was polite, pleasant, and did a quick job of locating my problem and fixing it. He took infinite time explaining everything to me and offered several suggestions for a later date.
