I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. I would hire this company again for any electrical work. Thank you Luke for what you do. I appreciate you. I high recommend Mister Sparky for all your electrical needs. Technician Brandon Gallo came out to do an electrical panel install. This young man did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough in his work. I cannot be more pleased on the job he did. Derrick came today and was very nice. He was thorough and a good communicator. I felt I was in good hands with his estimate of the electrical job. The price was fair.
Kristopher did a quick job of diagnosing the issue and presented a quote for replacement of the panel. He advised me that a tech, Steven, would be coming to replace the panel in an hour or 2. Steven was there on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Kristopher and Steven were very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Cleaned up all the trash too. Great job guys.l!
BJ come out to give me an estimate for installing an EV charger, and I was really impressed! He showed up right on time, was super professional, and explained everything clearly. I appreciated how he walked me through the best options for my setup without trying to upsell anything. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy to understand.
