I called Mister Sparky due to outlet problems. Luke Williams came out and he diagnosed the issues and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough with his diagnosis. He sat down with me and explained all my options as well as the warranty. I so appreciate Luke’s honesty and his professionalism. Technician Brandon Gallo came out to do an electrical panel install. This young man did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough in his work. I cannot be more pleased on the job he did. Kristopher did a quick job of diagnosing the issue and presented a quote for replacement of the panel. He advised me that a tech, Steven, would be coming to replace the panel in an hour or 2. Steven was there on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Both Kristopher and Steven were very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. Cleaned up all the trash too. We had Mister Sparky come take a look at an issue with our whole house fan and the technician, Derrik did a great job of explaining our options and walking us through potential next steps. While here Derrik also completed a very thorough safety inspection. I will definitely consider using them again for future electrical jobs.

Bradley came to our home due to some electrical issues caused by a tree falling on our home. He was very professional and polite he explained in detail what needed to be done immediately and what could be done over time. I am a bargain shopper hoarder and he was very understanding. I am very satisfied with the company. The work hasn’t started but our first project should run around 4,000.

Luke Williams did a great job removing two chandeliers! One was in the hallway, the other in the dining room. I'm not sure how long the chandeliers were there, but Luke was incredible in conversations with removal problems. Luke installed the new light fixtures very efficiently and the new fixtures look and work great! We will definitely request Luke Williams for electrical projects in the future!
