I've had Mr. Sparky do a good bit of exterior work for me - including laying 60 feet of buried service line to my main panel. The main things I will say is that the finished product has always been of the highest quality and all of the employees have been a pleasure to work with. In all of my experiences, the teams have been knowledgeable, they get to work fast, are happy to explain details and offer advice and yes, they will even help you think through your prices and some packaged deals that earn a discount. On that last point, I do feel that Mr. Sparky will not be your cheapest option, but again, the quality is fantastic and a licensed electrician and warrantied work is just expensive any way you look at it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with Mr. Sparky and would use them again and recommend them to others.

The technician Thomas arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently and neatly. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how they made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. It's rare to find a company that combines quality work with great customer service, but Mr. Sparky absolutely delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

I contacted Mr. Sparky on Friday and was set up with an appointment on Monday. There were email and text messages to confirm the Appointment and contact from the owner. I was called when the technician was on the way. Christian did an excellent job of inspecting our equipment and we talked through all of our options. He was polite and very thorough. I was impressed with Mr. Sparky and Christian in particular.
