"Technician Trevor went above and beyond today. We called Mr Sparky in a panic because an outlet had smoke and sparks coming from the outlet. Trevor responded quickly and arrived within the specified time. Trevor was very professional and personable. The issue appeared to be wiring contained within the outlet box. However, Trevor didn’t take the easy way out and decided to look further. Sure enough, he uncovered the issue further up the wall. The pictures are scary but in person was worse. Thank heavens Trevor is the type of professional that he is. He truly exemplifies the title!"

He was able to generate a thorough and understandable estimate and email it to us before he even left. He was definitely superior to the other electricians that we met to look at this project.
