Chris did an excellent job listening to my initial project — which was to wire two ring lights. He took a look at the electrical panels and quickly realized they were from the 70s and posed a threat to surges and potential disasters due to the condition of the panels. I wasn’t initially thinking to replace the panels — but thanks to Chris’s educational approach, I went ahead and replaced the panels. Chris said “I treat every home like my own when giving advice”. I really appreciated that. His partner Dejuan was very supportive and did a great job as well. Premium service — it wasn’t cheap. But you don’t want to go cheap when it comes to electrical work. Go with Mister Sparky.
Chris our technician was very knowledgeable, explained all details before and after work. Went over plans with us with great details and knowledge. We feel we were in good hands and know we can call back for any future work if need. We highly recommend this company. Had to call Mr Sparky back, this time Ben came out with a different view and figured out the main culprit to what was causing breaker to cut off from main bathroom \bedroom area. I think we have a Go! Thank you Ben. Added last two pics from Ben's work today.
We used Mister Sparky for the first time and plan to keep using them for their services because we were so impressed! Andrew did our quote and not only was he super friendly and nice, he answered all of our questions for the quote and our payment options for the service. He gave us a quote and was able to schedule the service for the same day! Juan Pablo came the same day to replace our breaker box and he did an amazing job! Juan was very kind, efficient, and did an awesome job! We appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone!!
