A most excellent experience, Patrick was very professional, super helpful, efficient, and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. I just happen to mention an issue. I was having with a circuit breaker that kept cutting out and he was able to fix it right away so that I didn’t need to schedule a separate appointment. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. I will definitely request him the next time I need electric work.
Very good with communication and promptness. They offered times that became available prior to my actual appointment to see if it was more convenient for me. My job turned out to be much easier than anticipated, so i can't attest to their performance with a complicated, multifaceted project, but i.was happy with their service. The technician was patient with my situation of needing to use my adult son as the intermediary for communication when I was unable to meet at my house due to a work issue. I appreciated that.
