Mister Sparky of BuxMont did a fantastic job with the electrical installation for my new EV vehicle, from the initial visit and quote, to keeping me informed of the permit timeline, to getting the job done. The work included installing a new subpanel in the garage and two 240-V outlets. The master electrician, Todd, was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the key considerations and the options (and provided quotes for 3 of them). The installation was done efficiently and cleanly. I couldn't be happier. The cost was a bit higher than the corresponding quotes by a national company but I preferred to go with a local business that I could rely on for warranty work and future jobs.
This business owner is absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with him setting up his marketing for his new Mr. Sparky electrical business before he opened and now that he is opened I am seeing the awesome customer service he is giving people for electrical installation and repairs.
Great company to work with. Quick response times, fair pricing, and high-quality results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I had a great experience with the BuxMont Mr. Sparky representative who came to my home for a comprehensive electrical inspection. He arrived right on time, and the office did an excellent job keeping me informed about scheduling and his arrival. He was very thorough in his inspection, took the time to explain everything clearly, and offered helpful tips to improve safety and efficiency. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
Todd was professional, courteous and kept me advised of the problem and several choices of repair. He also was careful not to make a mess in our home. Highly recommend.
