"Having some trouble with my electrical system and gave Mr. Sparky a call. A couple days later, Garrett, showed up to help me with my issues. He listened to my concerns then did a 20 point inspection of my system, after asking if it would be OK to do such. A short time later he went through a detailed run down of my electric ecosystem along with showing pictures of the issues and explaining the significance of such. His inspection also included items that he felt were done right and didn't need attention. After the detailed diagnosis, Garrett created 3 repair packages along with pricing and finance options. He also was able to quickly and accurately customize options to fit my needs. Once a package was decided on, he quickly got to work, and along with his tech, they knocked out a bunch of work the same day. Had me back up and running by dinner.
