He immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded with a job quotation. He was very thorough and even highlighted future upgrades that the electrical system would need and the price for services performed was very reasonable.
It was easy to get scheduled and they put us on the calendar within 72 hours of the first phone call. Crew showed up on time and did great work. They were even able to fit in a job I thought we would have to schedule for later. They were courteous, explained everything in detail, and the price was fair.
The staff as a whole is friendly and informative. Dylan was awesome and efficient at getting my outlets working again in my master bedroom. It honestly took him no time at all to diagnose where the problem was, fix it, and be off on his way (like a super hero saving the day but knowing there’s more saving to do elsewhere).
Lawrence completed some work for us today and I must say he did a good job. Throughout our encounter he educated me as well as provided safety tips along the way.
