Electrical Panel Upgrades

Friendly and informative. He always greeted me with handshake and also when he was leaving. Any questions I had he would explain them clearly. He offered suggestions and made changes that made my life more simpler. The best suggestion he made was to put a dimmer switch in the bathroom. Perfect. When he changed the light switches in the master bedroom, he noticed that I had put tape over one of the switches and asked why. I told him that because that switch controls the refrigerator in my room, I put it there so I wouldn't turn the power off (which I had done previously). He explained to me that he can change it over to a "constant" power and I wouldn't have to worry about killing the power to my refrigerator. He also rearranged the layout, which made more convenient for me. First switch ceiling fan light, second switch ceiling fan, third switch constant power (no switch needed). Liam is a great employee. He is a keeper.

I was very impressed with the quality of work the technician did, he came and finished the job even after 8:30pm in the dark evening. I was so glad he was able to get my power restored that night. Then I discovered that my water heater wasn’t working properly and he came back the next day and found the problem and replaced the wiring with new cable . Once he turned on the power to the water heater it started heating again. I was so impressed because he did it in just a few minutes tops. Including finding the problem and replacing the wires. Great customer service. I’d for sure use them again in the future

Before having an electrician come over to install my ceiling fans, Ean visited to review my current project and discuss potential future ones. He also ensured my electrical panel and gas line were up-to-date, addressed any necessary issues, and provided multiple cost estimates that aligned with my budget.👍 Following up with my project, Larin, their electrician came out today, and was absolutely fantastic! 👏 He not only installed my ceiling fans but also ensured the bonding and grounding of my gas line for added safety—a task SW Gas should have taken care of. His attention to detail truly impressed me. For example, he carefully matched the dip switches on the remote and receiver to guarantee smooth communication with the existing wiring. Thanks to Larin’s expertise, my fans work perfectly, and I feel more confident in my home’s safety. I can’t wait to have him return next month to complete the installation of my other light fixtures!
