Prompt, same day reply to my online request for an estimate for installing a portable power generator connector box to my circuit breaker panel along with required circuit breaker connections. Kent sent me an estimate by email along with some photos of the outdoor circuit breaker panel. However, I would have preferred that the estimate was more detailed showing both the cost of each part, the labor time to install them, and clearly state the hourly labor rate. Instead, the invoice only showed a total cost of each service item with no way to know the breakdown. Based on that, I could not accept the estimate which I felt was higher than my research had estimated. I did appreciate their prompt service response and Kent is a knowledgeable service electrician.

Definitely no "malarkey!" I had an outstanding experience with this company. They were prompt, professional, and completed the work well within the scheduled timeframe. The installation was handled by Edy Paul, whose work ethic and attention to detail were truly exemplary. He took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied and consulted with me on the placement of each item. I have additional projects in mind and will definitely be reaching out to them again. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Mister Sparky was exceptional. From the receptionist who initially took our call to the follow up regarding the up coming appointment. Luis Aguilar was extremely professional and efficient. He clearly detailed all of our options for the various services we required. This enabled us to make the best decisions for our needs. He was knowledgeable and patient when answering our questions. We will use Mister Sparky and request Luis should we require an electrician in the future. Thank you

Kent and Jacob came out to do a two story chandelier installation that no other company would handle. They did an amazing job. Also did some great work on setting up surge protectors all around my house. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I worked with Mister Sparky two times. Booking the appointment was super easy and the technician came out promptly. He was extremely friendly and professionally localized and identified the problem. The only two negative things I have to say are: I feel they are trying to generate as much job as possible. As a customer I want the most reasonable not the most excessive solution. Earning returning customers is all about mutual trust. Secondly the pricing seems excessive. Pretty much all items (item+labor) where 10x more expensive than what I found online. Example: New pool panel installation was 3000$ while it costs 330$ on amazon. Amp breaker 550$, 100$ at Home Debot. Overall it was 7000$ to replace a burned cable and installing a new pool panel. Totally understand that installation is included in the price but it still seems extreme. I did not end up doing it.
