"Prompt, same day reply to my online request for an estimate for installing a portable power generator connector box to my circuit breaker panel along with required circuit breaker connections. Kent sent me an estimate by email along with some photos of the outdoor circuit breaker panel. However, I would have preferred that the estimate was more detailed showing both the cost of each part, the labor time to install them, and clearly state the hourly labor rate. Instead, the invoice only showed a total cost of each service item with no way to know the breakdown. Based on that, I could not accept the estimate which I felt was higher than my research had estimated. I did appreciate their prompt service response and Kent is a knowledgeable service electrician."
