Beyond professionalism. Steve Martin was amazing. Very informative, friendly and caring. Shows his passion for this type of work. I had an outlet in my garage that had gone bad and I had exhausted my efforts in fixing it. Mister Sparky of Pompano was the only repair service that took my call on a Sunday morning and did not have an outrageous price for an "emergency" fee. When Steve arrived he was very personable and did an excellent job. He not only found this issue but also upgraded two other areas on my house the outlet was connected to on the outside of my home. I would absolutely trust his assistance again. Excellent service!
Today November 19, 2024, I had Mr. Sparky come out and Technician Will Pierre responded to fix some lighting. Will did an awesome job and was very neat and courteous. He was attentive to my needs and requests and completed the work in a safe and clean manner. Thank you Will.
This is our third time using Mister Sparky. Every time that they have come out to service our home, we have been very satisfied. Today, Francis Collins was no exception. He was knowledgeable, personable and had a great sense of humor. He answered all our questions and exhibited great patience. Outstanding job by electrician Franger Quintero! Mr Quintero was tasked with repairing a water heater Whip connection and full electrical panel rejuvenation at our house. He arrived promptly to begin the work. His attention to detail & explanation of the steps were invaluable.
