Prompt, same day reply to my online request for an estimate for installing a portable power generator connector box to my circuit breaker panel along with required circuit breaker connections. Kent sent me an estimate by email along with some photos of the outdoor circuit breaker panel. However, I would have preferred that the estimate was more detailed showing both the cost of each part, the labor time to install them, and clearly state the hourly labor rate. Instead, the invoice only showed a total cost of each service item with no way to know the breakdown. Based on that, I could not accept the estimate which I felt was higher than my research had estimated. I did appreciate their prompt service response and Kent is a knowledgeable service electrician.

I had an estimate done today with Mr. Francis and was very impressed with the service. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Most importantly, he was honest and transparent about the scope of work, which I truly appreciated. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is both professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Levi was great! Very respectful of my property and my time. He was very informative and explained everything that was being done. He definitely earned my trust.

Dakota was amazing. Got there early to the appointment. Was super chill with all of my animals. And was willing to stop and explain everything step by step so my mom understood everything he was doing and suggesting. I travel for work and my mom had to call me here had no problem re-explaining everything to me from start to finish and broke it down so it was easy to understand everything. I will be using Mr. Sparky in the future and if possible I will be requesting Dakota again. Thabk you Dakota....

We are so appreciative of Jacob and Devin! We are in the middle of remodeling the house and are in need of a lot of a electrical work. They were both so kind and efficient and all around good guys.
