We recently had our 1949 home rewired by Will and his team from Mister Sparky, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. After a few bad experiences with other electricians, Will took the time to really understand our home. He was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and, most importantly, RESPECTFUL throughout the process. His whole team was extremely careful with our possessions and our space, taking the time to understand our schedules and trying not to disturb them. All the employees wore foot coverings and cleaned extensively after each visit, leaving our home nearly spotless. While the cost was higher than some competitors, Will’s attention to detail and genuine concern for our safety made all the difference. The team was professional, tidy, and worked efficiently, which was especially important as my wife and I both work from home. They took the time to explain each step to us so we could understand exactly what was being installed and what its purpose was. We now have peace of mind with our new up-to-code wiring, and we’re so thankful for the entire crew. In our estimation, a person like Will should, at the very least, be a manager or own his company. Francis was our service technician today to check our exterior power box. He was excellent at explaining each issue and how to correct it. He also made recommendations for other electrical issues. I felt confident that Francis has the knowledge and honesty to make these recommendations to bring our home up to code. I am looking forward to feeling safe about our home. Outstanding job by electrician Franger Quintero! Mr Quintero was tasked with repairing a water heater Whip connection and full electrical panel rejuvenation at our house. He arrived promptly to begin the work. His attention to detail & explanation of the steps were invaluable. Throughout the entire process, Mr Quintero was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & courteous. He exceeded our expectations & we were very satisfied with his level of service.
