Mike encourages and welcomes questions and provides answers the layman can understand. When Mike and his crew arrived, they were punctual, pleasant and a cohesive crew. When the work was completed, Mike reviewed everything with me. The work was performed in a neat, clean and timely manner. You're fortunate to have such a qualified and professional employee.
Mike was great! We wanted an estimate to replace our 8 hardwired smoke detectors with updated ones that were dual Smoke/CO detection. He was thorough and advised it would be 5 smoke and 3 with dual. He also found our attic fan had seized. Problem was the price for the 8 smoke detectors and to plug them into the existing working outlets. However, installing the new fan was a very reasonable price, actually the same price by $10.00. So opted to just go with that project. We will do the new Smoke and CO detectors on our own. Thank you!
I am extremely pleased with Mr Sparky Electrical & their company policy! I called for an estimate (non emergency) just yesterday and was offered same day service, which I couldn't take advantage of. I chose today 8AM-12:00 PM and their awesome technician, Mike M arrived sharply at 8:15!! I so appreciated his inspection/evaluation and expert recommendations for my much needed circuit panel replacement! Most importantly, Mike M totally educated me on same, by explaining and illustrating all aspects of my current situation and the replacement process involved. Mike was fantastic! He was so friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. Pricing was reasonable. Light install went perfectly. As a side note, Mike covered his shoes with booties to keep the house clean and removed all of the packaging after installing the light. I appreciate all of these things and would highly recommend his service.
