I was so impressed with Mister Sparky. They came to my home when they told me they would. They even called me before arriving (this is very important to me because I have 2 dogs and it was so great to have time to put them away). When I answered the door I saw a man dressed in a clean uniform, big smile and looked me straight in the eye...then to my amazement he put covers over his shoes!! I have had so many workers come to my home and not care what mess they made. I was sold right there. LOL. Half my lights were out and I didn't know why. He proceeded to price my job BEFORE hand! I had an electrical issue, which was leaving my master bedroom and my AC without power. I was calling all over town at 3 in the afternoon trying to find someone that could come out. When I called the woman on the phone, they said they would try to squeeze me in the next day. Shortly after I got a call back from the electrician. He said he didn't want me to go without AC (it's 95 degrees outside) and came right out. They were extremely nice, and you could tell they cared. They even put disposable covers over their shoes before coming inside. So grateful to have my AC back after only a couple hours without!

I called a few electricians in the area to compare prices. For the work I needed, Mister Sparky was on the higher end of the national average, but on par with the local pricing. More importantly, they came out to my place and we discussed some options. Ashley, the sales rep convinced me to save some significant money with a simpler system which allowed me to do a little more work and stay in budget. We replaced my circuit breaker box, added a generator hook up, and added an outlet for an electric vehicle. Doing all of it together might have cost a bit more upfront, but will save significant money later as the new panel allowed for updates. The tech, Matt, was punctual and finished in far less time than anticipated. Even with replacing the whole panel, we only had the power off for less than 4 hours. The generator hook up looks like it was built with the house and the panel is far better organized and expandable for some of my future plans. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself and you could not tell he had gone through a cinder wall, a brick wall, and a wooden deck. I can say that the receptionist, the sales rep, and the electrician I dealt with were all professional, respectable, and helpful with my needs and would use them again if I need an electrician in the Huntsville area.

After contacting 3 companies, Mister Sparky of Huntsville called me the next morning to discuss in further detail the work I was trying to get done. Price was reasonable and the work is under warranty. I couldn't be happier that this got done and now I can worry about other things I need to complete around here.
