"Mr. Sparky of Ocala is under new management. Based on my amended review, I received a call the other day from the new manager apologizing for the poor service. He scheduled a technician for today, 11 Nov 2023, to fix the issue. Shane arrived a little after 8:00 a.m., quickly inspected the area, advised me as to what he would do and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. AMENDED REVIEW - Alex and Omar were my technicians. They did an outstanding job updating all my electrical receptacles, upgrading my electrical panel and installed a ceiling fan. They were on time, very professional and detailed, explained each section of the project as they proceeded. They also vacuumed and swept all areas where work was performed. Work is pricey but guaranteed and I now have peace of mind with my property. This is an additional comment since I received a text today to rate the service. As I stated above, everything was excellent. However, Alex stated if I provided a review, which I did the day of service completion, I would receive a $25 deduction from the total price. This has not occurred which I find very disheartening. Was this a promise just to get a good rating??? Makes me wonder! I am amending my post. I am still waiting on my $25 for the excellent review, glad I didn't hold my breath. Then today I move my fridge to sweep/clean the area. Lo and behold Mr. Sparky replaced that electrical plug receptacle with a smaller one that doesn't fully cover the opening. I really hope this isn't a fire issue. See the attached photo. I WILL NEVER EVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS I KNOW THEY WILL IGNORE THIS POST SINCE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR MONEY. As you can see in the photo, big gap/hole where receptacle doesn't fit. Nothing was ever mentioned to me!!!"
