Excellent experience with Philip Jones from Mr. Sparky! Answered my questions and explains things clearly! Great personality, too. I had done some work myself and found some issues - he was not critical at all and very helpful. Not planned, but he convinced me on a surge protector and installed it immediately. His work product is very neat! I will ask for Philip on subsequent visits!!
Phillip was an excellent tech. Very informative and explained everything that needed done during consultation. When I eventually decided to have work done, he went above and beyond with James assisting. Even doing more than the expected to do. Battling this house is no joke either, but he knew just what to do. Great work (Travis)

They were polite, professional, and took great care with the installation. They were diligent in their work and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. After the chandelier was installed, they cleaned the area thoroughly, leaving everything spotless.
