Mr. Kasey is the BEST!!! after 3 others falling and unknown were the problem or without extra power outlet?!! he found it in less than a half of an hour!!! He has eleven years experience, he is a professional, He has his own equipment, ladders and all he needs to find and Fix the electricity!!! From the start, they walked me through the estimate and pricing in a clear and transparent manner—no surprises, just honest communication. They were polite, professional, and took great care with the installation. They were diligent in their work and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. After the chandelier was installed, they cleaned the area thoroughly, leaving everything spotless. I had an excellent experience using Mister Sparky for a day of electrical repairs in my 1980s home. We had many outlets and switches that did not work and Benny was able to swiftly replace those. He also performed some diagnostic work that answered questions. Benny was kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well.
