Circuit Breaker Repair

Ben did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very polite and professional, discussed all aspects of the job with me, presented multiple options, a clear recommendation, and executed quickly and cleanly. The attached pictures show the before and after of one of the work items he performed: the pool electrical panel upgrade. This was a really old panel with a box that had been damaged by sun over time and that was literally falling apart. The entire setup was simplified, a surge protector was installed, and the old boxes removed. I'm really satisfied with the work done. I'd definitely hire Mister Sparky again.

It is definitely worth getting a quote from them. We had a couple electricians come out and Mister Sparky stood out. Their price reflects in their professionalism and service. Jason did the diagnosis. He was honest and upfront. He was also very thorough and he had valid evidence for his recommendations (other electricians did not). Lastly, he looped in all buying parties, my wife included, in the decision making. Other electricians did not or stated “can I talk to the man of the house”. Jonathan, who performed the service was very similar. Also, he was very efficient. Which tells me their customer service and professionalism is not just company owned , but employee owned. Couldn’t tell you the amount of times I ran into one employee that was great, but others made us feel not so great at same company. All I gotta say, if I owned an electrical company, I would be thrilled to have them as employees. Highly recommended.

George P. did a PHENOMENAL job with us. We had to replace the entire electrical panel in our home after a bit of a scare from the old one. We called late in the day, and he was out asap to help us out. Service was quick, he was super friendly, and everything's working wonderfully. 10/10, I'd highly recommend using them again!

Noel Mercado was an outstanding technician. I was so happy to see him when he rang our doorbell. This the 2nd time he has completed a job at our house. The 1st job, he did the re-wiring of our home as it was a safety issue that we knew nothing about. Today, he installed an inlet/outlet for our generator. When he finished the install, he also provided a detailed explanation on the process on how to use our inlet/outlet. He gave me the opportunity to write down all the steps in the process. Noel was truly very patient. He didn't mind doing this with us. He truly is an exceptional tehnician. Therefore, as a customer, I would truly recommend Mister Sparky for all of your electrical needs. And, it would be even better if you get Noel as your technician.

Jamal is a true professional that’s dedicated to serving his customers and at the same time doing it with a smile, gratitude and a positive attitude. His smiles contagious and so is his work! He worked diligently in getting the job done on time and never skip a beat in keeping us abreast with the progress. I am sincerely pleased with the outcome of the task at hand. I’ll certainly refer him to those that are looking for a no nonsense professional electrician.
