I had an exceptional experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, communication and follow-up were great, and the service was prompt and professional. Two of my smoke detectors were randomly going off, not chirping like in the instance that a battery needed replacing. I was able to get a same day service call and JP was able to arrive much earlier than my call was scheduled for. He checked out the electrical panels, provided some recommendations, and in the end I decided to replace all of my detectors. The new 3-in-1 detectors have a 10 year battery so I won't need to get on a ladder to change a battery anytime soon. JP was very professional, very cordial, and the job was finished within 30 minutes. I will definitely call Mr Sparky, and JP, for any additional electrical needs.
Tristan did an excellent job, he was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He walked me through my electrical panel inspection and performed repairs on my DC electrical fan and light installing and removing the transmitter to get it working again… I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing electrical repairs
