Amazing Service. Cody Palmer my technician for the job was extremely professional and Knowledgeable. He delivered us with 3 available options which made us feel like the company wasn’t just there to do as little as possible but to help explain some options that we didn’t know we had. He completed the work in a very timely manner and was respectful to my family. We have future work to be done and we will be calling Mister Sparky of Niceville to help us with all electrical work! JP did a fantastic job identifying serious safety issues with my old electrical breakers and grounding system. He explained everything clearly, replaced the damaged breakers, upgraded the grounding, and added a surge protector for extra protection. I feel much safer knowing the work was done professionally and up to code. Highly recommend!
Our first experience with Mr. Sparky electrical service and we were truly impressed. Our technician, Zachary, was not only polite but quite knowledgeable about the service. We listened to hiw carefully details were explained which gave us opportunity to have a surge protector installed. Zachary actually corrected an issue with our front outdoor plugs and now it works!
