Our first experience with Mr. Sparky electrical service and we were truly impressed. Our technician, Zachary, was not only polite but quite knowledgeable about the service. We listened to hiw carefully details were explained which gave us opportunity to have a surge protector installed. Zachary actually corrected an issue with our front outdoor plugs and now it works! Tristan Hartwick and his trainee were very professional and pleasant to work with. I was pleased with their work. 5 stars for them. What I didn’t appreciate was the 11/2 hour sale pitch to purchase more services.
