I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Mister Sparky, especially our electricians, Brandon and Dylan! They arrived at our home around 6:30 PM after we experienced ongoing issues with our water heater breaker repeatedly tripping, leaving us without hot water. After thoroughly assessing the situation, they discovered that our water heater, which had been installed since 2004, was long overdue for replacement, along with our electrical panel. They explained the serious safety concerns, including potential fire hazards, as well as the health concerns associated with our aging water heater and how these outdated systems could be contributing to our high electric bill. What truly impressed my husband and me was their dedication to making sure our home and family were safe. Rather than simply diagnosing the problem and scheduling repairs for another day, Brandon and Dylan immediately made phone calls, coordinated everything necessary, and arranged to have the work completed THAT SAME NIGHT! They worked tirelessly until approximately 1:00 AM to ensure everything was taken care of. Their commitment didn’t stop there! They returned over the following days to inspect our outlets and properly label our electrical breakers. As if that weren’t enough, they even took the time to remove an old ceiling light fixture that hadn’t worked in over a year, something completely unrelated to our original service call. It’s rare these days to come across professionals who genuinely care about their customers beyond simply completing a job. Brandon and Dylan demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, kindness, and attention to detail. They treated our home and our family’s safety as if it were their own. My husband and I are beyond grateful for their hard work and willingness to go the extra mile. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into an experience that gave us tremendous peace of mind. Mister Sparky should be incredibly proud to have Brandon and Dylan representing their company. They are truly an asset to your team! Had a great experience with Mr Sparky Electrian. Thay replaced my panel and handle everything professionally from start to finish Stan Medina Show up on time explain the work clearly and made sure everything was up to code. Brandon was very respectful and did d great job with rewiring of the outlets. The work was done neatly and they clean up after the job which i appreciated.Communication waseasy throughout and there were no surprises in pricing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work and would hire them again.

Stan did an excellent job repairing several broken outlets in my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also took the time to provide helpful information about the electrical system in my home, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be having Stan and his team back to take care of some other electrical projects. Highly recommend!

Stan was very good. This company allowed me to make an appt online quick and easy. Next day Stan came and resolved two of my issues. Soon he will be coming back to ensure I am up to code. Electrical work can be pretty pricey but you pay for the safety of your family. Well worth it

Had a good experience with Mister sparky. Stan and Mike came over to upgrade my electrical box. . They did a great job. A bit pricey but good work. They do their best to work with you.
