"I do remember by technician but her name was not list. Kayla was extremely pleasant. She was polite, respectful and she knew what she was talking about. I felt comfortable with the information she was providing and she was very knowledgeable. I was extremely tickled but happy by the fact that she put booties on her boots. It was really nasty outside and she made sure not to track any dirt from outside into the house. Kayla explained everything thoroughly and any questions I did have she explained to prevent any confusion. She has fantastic customer service skills and effective communication. It's great to see woman out in the field getting the job done too! Great job Kayla."
