Nate and Diego arrived promptly at the agreed time and did a great job installing our new electrical panel. He kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. Even though it was absolutely freezing outside and in our garage, they worked diligently to get the job complete. It's a weight off our shoulders knowing everything is safe and up to code. Called on an evening that was probably already packed for these folks, but first Julie the dispatcher worked wonders to fit us into an already-busy schedule. we had an emergency with some wiring getting too hot behind a thermostat and melting, and we have electric baseboard heating. Zack was sent out to our house (as well as a text message with his picture and some info regarding his work) and got here relatively quickly; he diagnosed our issue and offered a couple options as well as pricing, and once we chose he worked efficiently. he readily answered questions (we had a lot) and was friendly and open. we are really, tremendously grateful that Zack was able to get out here ahead of such a beast of a predicted storm and take care of our issue. there is no doubt that in future, we will use their services again.
