I cannot say enough good things about Mister Sparky! From start to finish for my estimate, they exceeded every expectation. I reached out via their web-based contact form outside of business hours, and to my surprise, they responded before they even officially opened. That level of attentiveness alone was impressive! Not only did they schedule me within a day, but their electricians were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. As a single female handling this issue on my own, I truly appreciated how they took the time to explain everything thoroughly—without any pressure or upselling. They were transparent, honest, and made me feel completely confident in my decisions. Mister Sparky of Grand Rapids was outstanding to work with. Our dad lives in an old trailer in Michigan with the old fuse style electrical and was having some wiring problems. We live in Tennessee and needed to upgrade the electrical box and pole to current standards. The fear of working with a contractor out of state and worrying about our dad having to deal with the work being done was quickly gone after explaining the situation and having Mister Sparky going through the whole process with us. The job was done cheaper and sooner then other estimates we had got. The electrician, Ed was very professional and was great working with our dad. The office kept us in the loop the whole time with updates. We are DIY people and do a lot of home repairs ourselves because of how thorough we our in our work. Being several states away and dealing with a contractor we didn't know caused us to hesitate on doing this project. This was a great experience and a great company to work with. Thank you for being a company we can count on.

Great experience. Was on time. Handled quickly. Came for a loose wire and noticed there needed to be some updating to the electrical box for code, was able to update on the spot. Cost was around $400.

I called MR Sparky to my aunts house in grand rapids because she was having issues with her breakers sparking in breaker box. It was an old federal pacific breaker box.(very dangerous) they sent Connor and an apprentice over and they did complete upgrade to electrical inside and out. Very personal and professional. Cleaned up after themselves and answered all questions.now my aunts home is safe and up to code. Would recommend them to anyone.
