Eric arrived as scheduled and promptly assessed a few installations that we wanted and provided options for us. He was very personable and polite during the service call. Eric frequently checked on our preferences during the installations so that we would be completely satisfied, which we are! Eric took great care in handling our items and avoiding any damage to our home. We are very pleased with Eric’s work and how our installations look. We had an electrical outage and needed help immediately. They were here within a few hours! Ruger listened and asked questions with a true concern to help us and fix the problem.
