I had an amazing person name Nathan representing Mister Sparky he came out today and installed a transfer generator plug for my new portable generator and a couple items. He was very intuitive about the work he completed today at my home. Explain all the steps that entail in the installation and assisted me with General knowledge concerning my portable generator set up. He was on time today and very efficient, friendly, and patient with the install. He is a very kind individual and I felt very confident, if I have to call Mr Sparky again I will and request Nathan It’s individuals like him who represent there employers who deserve customer service awards for their outstanding professionalism and courtesy to their customers."
