I had an amazing experience with Tyler from the Florence, KY Mister Sparky team. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Tyler took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right—and safely. It’s rare to find someone so respectful, detail-oriented, and skilled. If you need an electrician in Northern Kentucky, ask for Tyler. Highly recommend!
Tyler was incredible. He came out within 24 hours of booking our appointment and showed up at the time we requested! He troubleshooted our issue and had no issue fixing the problem. He also explained what the issue was and what he did to repair the problem. Amazing customer service and is fantastic at his trade! If I wasn't moving to Florida we would recommend him for all our electrical issues!!
I needed the house grounded, a new outlet and a whole bunch of wires consolidated along with a new fuse box. It was predicted to take more than a day. The two guys did it in a little less than a day! Everything works great! They are friendly, courteous and care about doing a good job. They made sure I knew what was being done and listened to my concerns. Would definitely hire again!
Had an electric breaker issue come up on Friday night and Tyler came out on Saturday and got the issue repaired. Tyler explained everything very well and provided great service. Couldn't get ahold of any other electrician on the weekend other than Mister Sparky, so I'm very grateful they could get the issue taken care of so fast!
