Chris our technician was very knowledgeable, explained all details before and after work. Went over plans with us with great details and knowledge. We feel we were in good hands and know we can call back for any future work if need. We highly recommend this company. Had to call Mr Sparky back, this time Ben came out with a different view and figured out the main culprit to what was causing breaker to cut off from main bathroom \bedroom area. Though I wasn't really expecting to start my project today, I was gathering quotes, I ended up getting it done just the same. My electrician, Cristiano Longo, did a great job from the start reaching out to let me know his eta. Once he arrived Cristiano was very attentive to what was required for the remote controlled ceiling fan installations. He then explained the process of quoting the job and presented it to me. Cristiano did a great job respecting my home while doing his job. And once the job was complete, he cleaned up and hauled away the old fans. He was very personable and professional and those are greatly appreciated qualities. Thanks again, Cristiano for a job well done.
Super reliable and professional. Allison was my Electrician and she did an amazing job by replacing my main breaker panel that was almost going to catch fire. They were able to do the replacement within the same day and restore my power. Jesus the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Had an emergency which required the fire department to come out. They shut the power off to half of my house, the circuit breaker was smelling of burnt rubber I was advised to get an electrician out as soon as possible. I called Mr. Sparky And they were able to get a technician to me within a few hours. The technician that came was super knowledgeable super smart knew exactly what it was, I ended up having to replace my whole panel inside and out. They were professional, efficient and overall a pleasure to work with. They explained everything that was going on. My inside panel had overheated and melted which was the burning rubber smell I could smell this morning. I'm very grateful that I was home and that they were able to come and replace the panel. Highly recommend!!! The attached are photos of the melted panel!!!
