We called and got a same day appointment. Oliver came out and was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely use them again for any electrical needs in the future.
Spoke to Riley in the office who got me squeezed in for a next day service, tech arrived on time and was very efficient with getting my gfci replaced and all my outlets back up and running! To top it off, cost less than the toaster oven I thought I was going to have to replace!! Will use again.
Called Master Sparky this morning. Said they would be here between 1-5 PM. Nick called me and said he'd be here before 1 PM. Got a bid to add a receptacle. He went to Home Depot to buy brown receptacles to match my other switch colors. He went far and beyond the call of duty. Only charged me $108.00 and was here over 2 hours. He pulled up in a very professional van with all their painted signs on it. I'll never go to another electrician ever. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Thank you Nick.
